    Home made chocolate cookies

    By bigpumpkin | November 15, 2008

Another boring day…..so I got out the old chocolates from the fridge that we hadn’t eaten and told Tee to cook them. You should have seen her eyes turn on. You know? Like a light switch. On-off-on-off. Bored, off. Cook chocolate, On!

We also melted some marshmallows but I wouldn’t recommend you try that. Very, very messy and bloody marshmallow sticks to the pot. Melting chocolate though? Fabulous!!!

So that took 2 hours out of our day. The cooking, playing and eating, of course. We dipped Digestive biscuits into the melted chocolate. Try it!! It’s divine….

Now to go out to buy some more chocolate for melting!!

Yeah, I used to love those Digestive Biscuits with Chocolate! I haven’t seen them for a long, long time though. At least not in L.A…. Why does the top picture look greenish?
