A Mother’s Monologue

Now if I was still in the corporate world, this is exactly what I’d give to my clients and business associates. I think it is the perfect gift.

A thumb drive. A thumb drive? Hey you! Do you know what a thumb drive is? It’s not a vehicle you use to drive by using your thumb, it’s a little stick that you stick into your computer. It holds memory. In the past, we used diskettes, then CDs, now thumb drives. Everyone has one. If you haven’t, then obviously you don’t use a computer.

So, back to where I was, a great corporate gift……not just ANY thumb drive, but one which is either personalised or captioned with a really cool image or phrase. Something that is bound to get one’s attention. And people will ask, “Wow! Where did you get that from?”

And they’d reply, “From the Mamapumpkin Factory! They’re cool, aren’t they?!”

If only I’d known you could personalise thumb drives like that. I’d have ordered them by the truck loads. There have been instances where I was stumped for gifts and had to resort to the usual boring every year gifts.

Actually, I could still order them as gifts. I think they make a great gift. Especially when they come in such flexible varieties, styles, capacities and what more would you give a person who has everything under the sun???!!!! And believe me, I know some people like that!!! I usually just give them a letter or a photograph

I am definitely keeping this idea in mind…….
