    Great service from an optician

    By bigpumpkin | October 8, 2008

My optician called today. He is at the new shop I am trying out at BV. My old optician at Telawi got too busy that he has no more time for me. And to think that I’d recommended more than 20 loyal customers to him all these years……but hey, some people are just plain ungrateful. Perhaps some don’t even realise it, but whatever…..

This new optician at BV, so far so good but they’re quite pricey. *sigh* And of course, for such prices, service is great. Really great. But you know, all I want are glasses, not so much service.

I’ve fixed my sunglasses now so I’m now looking for a new pair of glasses since I’m bored of the old pair when I came across Zenni Optical, an online glasses wholesaler. Apparently, it’s such a good deal there that even the Clark Howard’s Radio Show recommended them. If that is the case, then I certainly need to source my new eyeglasses from them as what better deal would I get anywhere else? Zenni Optical cuts out the middle man in the sales process and if you’ve never been in product sales, then I’m telling you, you get to save a lot from merchandising and advertisement costs. t_415_04.jpg

These pair of glasses her, for example, costs a mere USD19. I kid you not!

i don’t know…with glasses i need to wear them to see how it looks. i went to paris miki in one 1 for the first time the other day, bought some prescription glasses for my kid n bought a sunglass. realised a week later that it was painful wearing it. went back, they fixed it a little, gave me another week to try, still painful, went back the next week, they tried to fix it again, but still didn’t work, and after 4 weeks, they still let me change to another one. that’s service!
