    Overpriced House in Bangsar

    I saw a 4 million dollar house the other day in Bangsar - JUST FOR FUN. When I showed some interest, the price dropped to 3 million. Incredible. Then, when I asked for the layout plans, they asked me how much I would buy it for. Haha…..with a house like that, I would need at least a million to renovate. Thus I would only pay a million for it. Perhaps I should look into an online mortgage to help me pay for it?
