Branding a business

Over the last three years, apart from caring for a baby who speedily turned into a toddler, my brain has been ticking about what I’d really like to do with my life once the job of caring for babies is out of the way (does it really end?). I’ve thought of several potential businesses I’d like to have but I don’t think I’d have the guts to launch them because I have never had my OWN business before. I’m a chicken that way despite having made millions for others before.
However, if I had a good branding company behind me to help give me the confidence to launch my businesses, I’d probably do quite well. After all, branding is what it’s all about in Malaysia. Malaysians love……..branded goods. So let’s check back in a few years time, shall we? To see where I’m at with this business thing. You could have a great product, a great service and a great system; but without great branding, you will not achieve optimal business results. Just think of Nike, McDonalds, Starbucks, Tiffanys etc. We all know in a second what those names all mean. Well, one day, you will hear Mamapumpkin, and you’ll know what it means too. *wink*
