Refinancing our home
By bigpumpkin | March 29, 2008
With the instability of our economy of late, all the banks and finance houses are really fighting to get every bit of business with the home loans there are. We are currently owing a Singaporean bank barrels of cash for our home but recently, another bank has invited us to do a home refinance with them with an even better rate. They got our contact from our new loan with the new car. Talk about great cross selling, eh? It would save us more thanĀ one thousand dollars a month. So it really is a deal worth considering.
Seriously, if you have a home loan right now, it is a great time to consider a mortgage refinance, because why pay more interest when you really don’t have to? My advise to you is to get cracking and do some research. There really are better deals out there now in this uncertain global market.
We’ll be switching soon as demanding consumers and the previous bank didn’t exactly go out of their way to take care of us, so no loyalty lost there! Great service always makes me stay……….and bad service has made me drop them like a ton of bricks, purely for bad service. *flicks hair and walks away*
