Last week, I went for a pedicure, manicure and haircut. Yes, this has been the fourth haircut in the last month. It was disastrous so let’s not go there. But my toe nails! Look at my toe nails! OK, you’re not supposed to focus on my ugly toes, okay? They’ve been through a rough life, malnourished and abused - some realities, you just cannot hide. But look how pretty my toe nails are! I did it purely for Tee’s benefit. Peonies for Chinese New Year and stars for, well, every toddler knows what stars are…….

edited to add: On second thoughts, I really should have photoshopped my horrid toes, huh? Bah! Too lazy……..
