Arrowhead chips

I’m addicted to the stuff. A dear friend gave me a bottle of what I perceived to be potato chips and I thought, oh no, I don’t like potato chips. Then Tee wanted some and I tried one. Then two, then three, then four, then five. Damn! The stuff is addictive! And before I knew it, half the bottle was empty. Shit. That’s eight fistfuls of arrowhead chips.
So I asked my friend where she got the potato chips from, which is when she told me that they weren’t potato chips and were in fact arrowhead chips! Huh? Me so ulu! Apparently they only have them during Chinese New Year. What?! So she went out to get me more *smile*
Then I read the newspaper about how they deep fried them - interesting. Anyway, if you want great arrowhead chips that are not at all salty, buy them from the Imbi market. They’re great! Since then, I’ve tried various other sources including my own relative frying it and they all add salt to their chips. Imbi market doesn’t, or very little that you can’t taste it. Absolutely brilliant.
