Apart from making half the population of Kuala Lumpur happy, I would invest in some global property. I’d pick ten cities in the world to purchase property in, renovate those to my liking, and then lease them out or sell them at a profit. I’d get two flats and a house in London, two apartments in downtown Manhattan, a house in the San Francisco Bay Area, an apartment by the sea in Monaco, a house Down Under, a flat in Victoria’s Peak Hong Kong, a house in South Africa overlooking the ocean, a house in Florida, another in Tuscany and some Las Vegas Real Estate.

Oh, and I forgot Paris…..I’ll get two flats in Paris.
