    Dehydration and me

    By bigpumpkin | October 31, 2007

In the last two weeks, I’ve known TWO people whom I see on a regular basis, who’ve been admitted into hospital for dehydration. Can you believe it? I never took dehydration seriously but now, since I am a non-drinker, I am a little bit worried. It is genetic that I don’t drink water. My mother doesn’t drink water. I don’t drink water. Tee doesn’t drink water. Oh, and we don’t drink anything else either. So………very unhealthy we are.

You see, we just don’t get thirsty!!! To the point where we forget to drink!!! The only way I can remember to drink is if you tied a bottle round my neck. That’s why I have to make a conscious effort to force liquid down Tee’s throat.

    Is anyone like that?

I’m just like you and I don’t pee very often. When I was in sekolah menengah, I never brought any water bottle and my friends always wonder how I survive. So unhealthy.

But for the past few months, I started forcing myself to drink a glass of H2O when I wake up because this very vain friend of mine told me that the chest (not the boobs, the part near the collar bone)will look lean and nice. Well, that’s a motivation. And it’s true, it looks like I’ve lost weight. So, give it a try.

Sorry ah for this long comment.

Oh very bad lady. Water is very important. If I dont drink enough water, I’ll hv cracked lips, zits, dry skin and constipation. Don’t you have all these symptoms since you dont drink enough water?
