A man I truly respect
By bigpumpkin | September 27, 2007
Have you heard of Ananda Krishnan? Well, it’s not him. But there is someone in town known as ‘the other’ AK or ‘the other’ Krishnan. He is non other than the owner of Eversendai Corporation. Look him up. He is one of the most humblest and most polite gentleman I’ve ever come across and he is very loaded. Yet so incredibly low profile. Just imagine, someone who started his business from ground zero, worked damn hard and built it up into a company with an order book of RM800 million as of last year.
Whilst researching the Burj Al Arab in Dubai, I was told about this ‘other’ Krishnan. I needed to find him and find him I did. I was totally amazed that he had been in existence for quite awhile and specialised in steel buildings yet I’d never heard of him. The guy has worked on huge projects all aound the world, my dear Malaysians.
Big-ass mega-gigantic projects! Go look, go look!
Definitely something to be proud of. Rafidah sure is.
Ananda Krishnan is loaded and low profile. But I’ll bet you’ve never heard of this ‘other’ Krishnan.
He probably wouldn’t appreciate me giving him this PR stint but I really am in awe, Datuk. You truly inspire me.

Ananda Krishnan already had a yacht when I was 14 years old and we all know the old adage that money makes money. So after 20 years, his achievement is not as great as the ‘other’ AK’s. To me anyway. Or maybe I’m just biased because it’s a construction business.
