Blogging as breaks

So I was wrong…..
It feels like I’ll be writing another 10 posts before the year is up. Reason being, it is so much more fun than researching for a bloody coffee table book. So I blog in between as breaks. It is my form of escapism.
Why is it that when I am paid to write, it suddenly feels like a chore? Does that mean that if I were paid to blog, I would soon start hating it too? I wish I knew how to get paid through blogging just so I could answer these questions.
