    The LOVE of a car

    By bigpumpkin | September 21, 2006

    xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

is very common in KL of the male species. Some men love their cars with a passion so great, it appears their cars come before their wives. Hell, their cars ARE the wives. They’d spend many a time polishing and waxing, cleaning every nook, ensuring their reflections are clear on the hub caps and protecting their cars with fabric covering. Every night.

In honour of Love Thursday, here is Tee (21 months old) displaying true affection for her car, except she’s a woman and only 2. She spent a good half hour thoroughly washing her car with a rag and a pail and my guess is, it would’ve taken a lot longer if I’d allowed her to wash it with REAL soap and water.

Damn, I need to get that garden soon!

The question now is, will she still be as passionate about car washing at 12 when we send her down to wash our car? The real car?

Well, she better be if she wants us to pay for her University fees as an overseas student!

That’s so adorable! But you’re right — just as soon as she’s old enough to actually wash your car, she’ll lose all desire to do so. Oh well! ;-)

yes, I’m dreading the day when my 3 year old realizes that helping me do the laundry and put away all the dishes in the dishwasher ISN’T play. They’re so cute when they don’t realize they’re really working!

That’s cute! At least she is taken good car of her belongings. That’s a great lesson. ;-)
